January 2009: Beletich Associates have been engaged by the NSW Dept of Environment and Climate Change to develop a methodology for creating energy efficiency "white certificates" from commercial lighting efficiency projects under the NSW Energy Efficiency Target. October 2008: Woolworths Flicks the Switch on Energy Efficient Light Bulbs. Woolworths becomes Australia’s first major retailer to stop selling inefficient incandescent light bulbs. August 2008: Steven Beletich has been appointed to the Advisory Committee of the NSW Climate Change Fund, which was established to oversee this $350m grants program. More information here. February 2007: Beletich Associates are providing the Australian Government with support and advice for the planned phase-out of inefficient incandescent lamps in Australia, which is a world first project.
